Can partners and other children join maternity sessions?
Absolutely! Your maternity session is about celebrating this beautiful chapter for your whole family. Partners and little ones are always welcome.
Do you provide RAW or unedited images?
I carefully select and edit the best images from your session to reflect the warm, natural and timeless style of Wild Oath Photography. I don't provide RAW or unedited images, as the editing process is an important part of my creative style and the final artwork I deliver to you.

Do you offer payment plans or Afterpay?
Yes! Afterpay and Payment plans are available, giving you a little more flexibility when booking your session. Your booking retainer is still required to secure your date, and the remaining balance must be paid before your session.
What should we wear?
Don't stress about outfits — I've got you! I provide wardrobe and colour guides to help you choose outfits that complement each other and photograph beautifully. I recommend soft, earthy tones and coordinating colours rather than everyone wearing exactly the same thing. Maternity clients can also access my client wardrobe of beautiful gowns!

How do we receive our photos?
Your finished images will be delivered through a link to your online gallery, where you can view, download and share your beautiful memories with family and friends. Your gallery will be easy to access, so you can revisit your favourite moments whenever you like.
When will we receive our photos?
I know how exciting it is to see your photos! I aim to deliver your full gallery within 4 weeks of your session, with a handful of sneak peeks usually shared within a week. Every image is carefully edited with love and attention before it reaches you.

Do you help with posing?
Absolutely! You don't need to know what to do or how to pose. I'll gently guide you throughout your session while leaving plenty of room for natural moments, cuddles, laughter and genuine connection. My goal is to help you feel comfortable while capturing the moments that feel most like you.
What if we're awkward in front of the camera?
Who isn't, haha! You don't need to know how to pose or perform for the camera — I'll guide you along the way and give you little prompts to help you relax. Before you know it, you'll be laughing, cuddling and simply enjoying the moment together.

How long will our online gallery remain available?
Your online gallery will remain available for 3 Months, giving you time to view, download and share your images. I recommend downloading and backing up your photos somewhere safe so you can treasure them for years to come.
Can you share our photos on your website or social media?
I love sharing the beautiful stories I get to capture, but your privacy matters. I'll only share your images publicly with your permission. In the questionnaire that is sent I have a question that asks this!

Can I book newborn photos if my baby has already arrived?
Absolutely! There is no need to worry if your baby has already arrived or is a little older than you originally planned. Newborn sessions can still capture all those tiny details, cuddles and beautiful connections. I offer relaxed, in-home sessions, so you and your little one can stay comfortable in your own space.
Do you photograph pregnancy loss or early birth?
Yes, with all my heart. My Stardust session was created for families navigating pregnancy loss or meeting their precious baby far earlier than expected. Having experienced loss myself, I understand how important these moments and memories can be. This is always approached with gentleness, compassion and absolutely no pressure. You and your family will be cared for with love throughout the experience.

Do you travel outside Hervey Bay?
Absolutely! I photograph families and couples throughout Hervey Bay and Fraser Coast, and I'm happy to travel further for your session. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, and I'll always confirm any additional costs with you before booking.
Do we need to clean our home before a newborn session?
Not at all, lovely! Your home doesn't need to be spotless or perfectly styled. This is about capturing your family as you are in those early days with your new little love. All we really need is a nice spot with natural window light and somewhere comfortable to sit, such as a bed, couch or chair. Don't stress about the washing, dishes or everyday mess — you're busy soaking up those newborn cuddles!
